The Simpsons' Movie

The Simpsons is a satirical parody of 'normal'  (middle-class)  American family. It lampoons or 'sends up' many aspects of American life, culture, popular culture and society. The Simpson's has also been a phenomenal success because it 'pokes fun' at people in general, even Australians. It raises many issues, using humour and wit to bring a 'satirical' message to all of us. Although it is extremely funny, the issues it raises can be very serious.
